Michelle Wildman, MHS, OTR/L
Michelle graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2002 with a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy and later completed her Master’s degree at the University of Florida in 2006. She is licensed in the state of Florida and is certified by the National Board of Occupational Therapy.
Michelle has worked extensively in pediatrics for six years in both Florida and Georgia in many different areas including home health, hippotherapy, aquatic therapy, clinic-based, and school-based practice.
As an occupational therapist, Michelle’s areas of interest include children with Sensory Processing Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, fine/gross motor delays, as well as visual motor and perceptual delays. She has attended numerous professional courses to facilitate her knowledge in the areas of sensory processing, DIR/Floortime Model, Therapeutic Listening, Autism Spectrum Disorders, visual/vestibular rehabilitation, and Handwriting Without Tears.
Michelle grew up in the area and is familiar with the the community in Northwest Florida. She welcomes the challenge of meeting the needs that each individual family has while creating an environment that is fun and successful for everyone.
